Rachelle S. Ferraro attended high school locally in Arizona before returning to the East Coast where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science (with a concentration in Constitutional Law) from Wellesley College. After graduation, she retreated to the warmer weather to obtain her Juris Doctor Degree at the University of Arizona in 1998.

Advocate for the Wrongly Accused and for those who Deserve a Second Chance.

Ms. Ferraro has practiced criminal defense since her admission to the Arizona State Bar and the Arizona District Court in 1998. She has never prosecuted for any agency but has always defended and truly believed in protecting the rights of those accused and persecuted by the State and the Government. Her clients include those innocent individuals who have been wrongly accused and those who, due to circumstances beyond their control or poor decisions, deserve a second chance. Ms. Ferraro believes it is her duty to hold the State, the Police, the Prosecution and the Courts to the constraints of the Constitution and to present a different version or perspective than has been considered by the Prosecution and the Courts.

Misdemeanor and Felony Criminal Defense Practice.

Ms. Ferraro's practice includes the defense of criminal traffic violations, DUIs, domestic violence offenses, all misdemeanor offenses including thefts, assaults, disorderly conduct, criminal damage, contempt, violations of orders of protection, graffiti and all felony offenses, including computer crimes, crimes of violence, identity theft crimes, sexual offenses, aggravated assaults, thefts, weapons charges, drug offenses, and homicides. Ms. Ferraro accepts representation of individuals before they are charged, while their cases are pending and after conviction for sentencing, appellate or post-conviction relief, probation violations/modifications/early terminations, restoration of civil rights and the setting aside of convictions.
