Felony Conspiracy Charges Pled to misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct

November 2012

Client was one of over twenty defendants charged with conspiracy involving the business where she had been employed.  The charges stem from a long standing undercover investigation.  After litigation regarding some concerns over ethical  issues that came to light during the pretrial phase of the case, client entered into a plea agreement to one count of a misdemeanor disorderly conduct and the felonies were dismissed.

Client was placed on probation for one day.

Rachelle S. Ferraro, originally from New Jersey, is the daughter of an Italian immigrant. She obtained her college degree in Political Science with a concentration in Constitutional Law at Wellesley College in Massachusetts and her Juris Doctor at the University of Arizona before settling down in Phoenix. She has practiced criminal defense since 1998 and is certified as a Criminal Law Specialist by the Arizona State Bar Board of Legal Specialization.
