Not Guilty on All Counts of DUI with a BAC of .264
Police had contact with Defendant inside her vehicle on the side of the highway after a single vehicle accident had been witnessed by an off duty police officer. Despite a blood alcohol reading of .264, Defendant was found Not Guilty of all Charges.
