Not Guilty on Possession of Dangerous Drugs with 2 prior felony convictions
Despite the drugs being found in a fanny pack on the defendant's lap in a car, the Jury agreed the Defendant's "confession" to possessing the drugs was coerced and Defendant was acquitted of the charge which would have required a large mandatory term in prison.
