A second Chance given when Narcotic Drug Charges not filed

A client who had failed out of a Drug diversion program was awaiting the filing of new charges and resurrection of his first prosecution. While awaiting what he thought was the inevitable, he started in treatment. Upon being able to demonstrate the progress he made (along with some issues with the new potential filing), the State agreed to allow Defendant to resume the diversion and to not file new felony Narcotic drug charges allowing him to complete diversion.
