60 Felony Charges of White Collar crimes Pled to One Misdemeanor

Client was charged with 60 counts of white collar crime including numerous conspiracy charges, forgery, and fraud charges spanning over a decade. A defense motion to dismiss was granted eliminating some of the charges. Further work up of the case ultimately resulted in a plea agreement where the State dismissed the remaining charges and Client pled guilty to one charge, which was designated a misdemeanor. Read On

Felony Conspiracy Charges Pled to misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct

November 2012

Client was one of over twenty defendants charged with felony conspiracy and illegal enterprises after a long standing undercover investigation. A plea agreement was negotiated wherein Client pled guilty to one count of misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct. Probation of one day was imposed. Read On
