Felony Conspiracy Charges Pled to misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct

Client was one of over twenty defendants charged with conspiracy involving the business where she had been employed. The charges stem from a long standing undercover investigation. After litigation regarding some concerns over ethical issues that came to light during the pretrial phase of the case, client entered into a plea agreement to one count of a misdemeanor disorderly conduct and the felonies were dismissed.
Client was placed on probation for one day.
