Dangerous Aggravated Assault (stabbing) resolved as misdemeanor
A dangerous Aggravated Assault wherein client was charged with stabbing another person was pled to probation on a misdemeanor. There was a significant undiagnosed and untreated mental health affliction that encouraged the State to resolve the otherwise mandatory prison offense as a misdemeanor with probation and treatment
