Highly Contested Injunction Against Harassment dismissed

Long standing neighbor dispute resulted in an Injunction against harassment being filed. The hearing on the Injunction required multiple witnesses to be subpoenaed and argument about what was authorized to be self defense and defense of others. After a highly contested three day hearing, the Injunction against my clients was dismissed.
