According to police, the daughter of the victim of an attempted purse snatching identified the Defendant in a photographic line up of being the perpetrator. The Jury agreed the identification was not as strong as the police believed and agreed the Defendant's "confession" was not as clear as the police believed. After trial, they acquitted Defendant.
