Alcohol DUI (.165) pled down to Reckless Driving

After reviewing the case and conducting all interviews, we retained an expert to re-examine some of the evidence. That resulted in a favorable initial reduction in the plea offer. Then we presented mitigation about our client and his background so that we were able to obtain an even further reduced plea offer. Our client resolved the case with a Non-DUI conviction for reckless driving and did not have to serve any jail or obtain an ignition interlock device on his vehicle.
