Criminal Charge Causing Serious Physical Injury by a moving violation is Dismissed

Interviews conducted of independent witnesses to the accident clarified that our client had done nothing wrong and could not have seen or foreseen the speeding motorcyclist who was weaving in out of vehicles to pass them. Despite police conclusion to the contrary, the accident was not caused as a result of our client's violation of any moving traffic offense. Once that was made clear to the prosecutor, the case was dismissed by the State.
