Extreme DUI (0.194) Pled to regular DUI on day of trial
September 2017
After litigating numerous motions over the course of almost one year, on the first day of trial, the Prosecution finally agreed to plead an Extreme DUI (with a Blood Alcohol Reading of 0.194) down to a regular DUI. The decision was made because the State was concerned about some of the Judge's rulings about what would be admissible in the trial that was about to start. The Judge gave client credit for time she had served in custody on the date of her arrest.
