Second Offense Extreme DUI (0.191) Pled to First Offense DUI on day of trial

Due to issues in the case a Second Offense DUI with a Blood Alcohol Reading of 0.191, which would have required a mandatory 120 days in jail was pled down to a first offense DUI. This was accomplished on the first day of trial. Client was given credit for pre-trial incarceration and for counseling and treatment rendered prior to the trial, which significantly reduced the punishment he had left to complete.
