Not Guilty of Contracting Without a License

After a 2 day bench trial wherein the homeowner and investigator from the Registrar of Contractors testified against my client, the Judge took the matter under advisement. She carefully reviewed the testimony and law and issued her ruling two months later finding my client not guilty of contracting without a license; he had acted as an employee of the homeowner who was responsible for renovations.
