State Dismissal of all charges in Multi-Count Sexual Abuse Case

Charges alleging sexual abuse on multiple occasions would have made prison mandatory in this matter. The police officer who testified in front of the Grand Jury to charge this matter presented inaccurate under oath testimony, without which the Grand Jury may never have charged this case. While a Motion challenging that testimony was pending, the State dismissed all charges "in the interests of justice."
